What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide!

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After this period, we cannot guarantee changes, but you're welcome to return your order for a full refund upon receipt.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are typically handled and manufactured within 1-3 business days from the order date, shipping the following day. Depending on the customer's location around the world, orders will be received within 3 to 7 days.

Can I add items to my order after it's been placed?
